The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The area close to the hotel offers a good variety of Japanese eating options. The hotel breakfast is good as well. The only negative is that all the rooms are smoking rooms.

This hotel is very convenient to take trains and buses in front of the station But our room was a smoking room, so it was always a small room with the smell of cigarettes. I asked staffs to change it, but they said there was no room.

客室は清潔で、スタッフのホスピタリティも高い。朝食もビジネスホテルとしては十分な水準。東武宇都宮駅にも至近。しいて言うなら、徒歩だと遠目からはホテルの入り口が分かりづらかったことぐらい。全体として、いいホテルだと思います。

2024年5月中旬から大規模な改修工事（休館）を実施しており、リニューアルされて室内や設備が非常に綺麗になっています。 3年前に利用したときは、ロビーでの朝食提供でしたが、ちゃんとした専用食堂ができました。6:00〜24:00までコーヒー飲み放題がいいですね。 駐車場は1泊800円（翌朝10時まで）、以降1時間ごとに100円になります。
