"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"
"Great location - close to Waverly and a short walk to the main sights while being far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding blocks as well as a Boots for any quick pick up needs. The hotel was beautiful, well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are in Edinburgh."

"This was only a one night stay, partly for work, partly to celebrate my birthday. Check-in was excellent, very friendly, attentive & welcoming, a free upgrade was offered as it was my birthday & time was taken to personally show us around the hotel facilities. The reception, lobby, dining areas & Spa are beautifully decorated, there are so many staff, all of whom are highly trained & exceptionally helpful & friendly. "Härligt nyöppnat hotell. Tysta rum och trevlig lobby, om än lite kall! Ac gick för full maskin.
Ligger utanför de mest befolkade turiststråken vilket vi uppskattade, tog 20 min att gå till royal mile och det fanns mycket att titta på på vägen.
Observera att en deposition på 100 pund (kanske olika för olika längd på vistelse), men kan vara bra att veta.
Allt var toppen, personalen trevlig, sängarna bekväma och allt nytt och fräscht! "
