The modern rooms are well appointed, staff is very helpful and pleasant and the location is perfect for exploring the grass market and Victoria street.
This is a beautiful hotel located perfectly within walking distance of Edinburgh castle and the Royal Mile. Staff were very attentive to all our needs. Room and common area was outfitted with luxurious amenities.
This hotel is incredible. The amenities in the studio were perfect, the room was spacious the best was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever had. The location and views were spectacular. They had great breakfast options and pastries available to guests in the afternoon. Umbrellas in the room (helpful to know when travelling!) amazing shower facilities. 10 out of 10 will absolutely book again.
Location was great, everything was easily accessible. Staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. Thenroom was easy to use and clean. The appliances were useful and handy.
So close to the castle and the Royal mile, we particularly enjoyed the livingroom and kitchen space. The breakfast buffet was so good the first day that we ate there all three mornings! The staff were all warm and helpful - an all around great place to stay!
The room was very small and the bed was up against a wall on one side it was very difficult getting in and out of the bed especially in the middle of the night the TV wouldn’t let our phones cast to it someone came up to look at it and told us he would send someone to look at it but no one did. The location was good.
Love the style of the property and everything was clean. Lovely bar area. For the price we paid, nearly £400 per night, I wouldn't have expected to have to shuffle down the bed to get out as one side was against a wall. It is overpriced for what it is too. Have paid the same price in London for much better accommodation.
