"The hotel was excellent and is centrally located so it’s easy to get downtown when you want to and out to the other town such as Sintra and Belém. We were there at the same time as a large conference, so the hotel was pretty packed, but even then the staff was excellent and worked through it."

There was a man, I whish I could remember his name, he was very sarcastic and not helpful at all; although, some of the staff were very useful and friendly. Just heads up, they are a bottle of wine with the stay, but only if you are drinking in the bar; ..."
