The hotelnwas really good. Insane view over the farden, awesome pool. The hot had also an ok gym that was hard to find in japan. But the breakfast was a down. It had no eggs, and very little fruit.

The room was massive and felt like a second home. We loved the dinner buffet as well, great food and simple. The amenities like gym and sauna were great. The bath house was a little small but it wasn’t crowded so that was a good thing. Nothing much for the kids, but there are a lot of things to do around the hotel like the Okinawa cave and Bio Hills.

Very affordable! convenient location with beautiful views. A bit off the beaten path, which ensured it was very quiet. Room was cleaned daily, and the in house restaurant was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was a big plus!

It was an amazing place to stay. We’re golfers, so the location is very convenient to a number of great courses in the area. The pool was outstanding. The staff and service was awesome. We’ll stay again.

Beautiful rooms, but terrible cleanliness and serviceThe Good: The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the continental breakfast has a great sweet and savory selection.The Bad: The cleanliness was unacceptable for a 4-star resort. The toilet bidet was covered in mold (plus other mold around the bathroom), and the exhaust fan had a thick layer of dust. Furthermore, booking details promised daily housekeeping, but at check-in, we were told it only happens every 4 days. We stayed 5 nights and no one ever cleaned. We had to collect our own fresh towels from reception and hand-deliver our trash to the cleaning staff. Lastly, we had to pay for the washing machines that also ruined our clothes and left them dirty.Great potential, but poorly managed and maintained.

Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.

レンタカーのナビでは到達できず、迷い携帯のナビで無事到着できました。 お部屋は広くて大浴場もあり快適に過ごせました。 ジムは混んでましたが笑 ホテルの周りに食事するところがなく、ホテルで夕食をいただきましたが、お手頃価格でコース料理がいただけて美味しかったです。 また機会があったら是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。 おせわになりました。
