"Perfect hotel for traveling with kids and going to the Disney Resorts.The Monorail system makes getting to Disneyland and Disney Sea worry free.We also had a beautiful view of the resorts from our room.Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful hotel.Staff was extremely friendly and even helped us make dinner reservations in town over the phone due to the language barrier."

"The hotel is in a great location if you plan on focusing on Disneyland and DisneySea. Our room is clean and well maintained and staff is really helpful and friendly. The elevators can be slow at times when there are lots of people. Pool is big but closes really early at 8pm."

"Close to transit...close to Disney parks...many food and shopping options within walking distance. Staff very helpful and the room was large and super clean. Great price for everything you get and location. However...if most of your business or activities are in shinjuku, shibuya, Ueno, etc...the hotel is a good distance and train ride away. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!"

"Clean rooms, and about a 10 minute walk to Tokyo DisneySea, and 20/25 minute walk to Tokyo Disneyland. Google the walking path via the Ambassador hotel, and pass through Ikspiari to get to/from the Maihama train station. Quiet location. Restaurant in the lobby area, however we did not dine here. Hotel will accept your luggage from transportation company, and put your bags in your room prior to arrival. On departure day we had a few hours between check out and catching our airport limousine bus to Haneda, so we left our bags to be stored."
