The shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea was frequent and convenient. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Way better than anything I’ve had in North America. Service was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great 3-day stay at Maihama View. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. It was a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend as the next best thing to an official Disney hotel. The free shuttle to and from the Bayside station was very reliable. Did not chose the breakfast included with stay, but in hindsight, would have absolutely reconsidered. The buffet looked very impressive.

Shuttle runs every 20 minutes between station and the hotel which is very convenient. Room is very spacious. Public bath charges extra but each room has a bath so you can still soak yourself to recover from long walking day.

Only stayed for 1 night here. The staff were polite and helpful. We had sent our luggage to this hotel with the luggage delivery service they have in Japan. Since we checked in at night they had sent our bags to our room which was great. Shuttle service dropped us off at Disney easily.

We spent a total of 7 nights here fornour 1st trip to Japan. So glad we did, Maihama View makesnot easy for you to get to and from the Disney parks. Rooms were excellent, especially the Hearth Floor rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff so very helpful during our multiple visits.

The staff was fine, rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no option to use any of the seating available in the main level or lobby. Dinner only by reservation, very expensive for what they offer as the do not accommodate dietary restrictions at all.
