One of the best hotels we stayed in Japan, the rooms were bigger than we thought, very spacious, shuttle service to the parks were great and having a Lawson's on the main floor to grab stuff was great, highly recommend this hotel.

If the Tokyo Disney parks is your main goal, without the premiere expense of staying at an official Disney resort, this is a golden choice. The rooms are lovely and a good size for a family of 4. The free shuttle service to the parks is a huge bonus along with the onsite in hotel Lawsons. The check in and checkout process is near automated, with attentive guest services to guide you through the next steps when you are tired from a travel day. I do wish there was more nearby access to food but we were able to order pizza to the lobby without issue from a local restaurant. But at the end of the day most of our time there was at the Disney parks with The Royal Park being a wonderful home base.

My trip consists of 6 different hotels. I loved this hotel. It was clean, bright, and well themed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. The laundry process was awesome!You could see what machines were available, and what status your own wash was at without leaving your room. Luggage forwarding was conveniently in house. It was especially apparent where our next hotel didn’t have the service aespecially

Loved this hotel. The room was super spacious. The shower had an ante room which was nice where you can change and not get your clothes wet. They had microwave in the room and purified water dispenser outside the rooms per floor. There was also a Lawson at the lobby which had food and toys for kids. They also had free shuttles to the Disney parks and Maihama station. Will definitely come back when we visit Disneyland and DisneySea.

Never expect this hotel was so good and complete! they have shuttle to DisneyLand & DisneySea with their time schedule bus (make sure to remember the stop once you arrived at park). They also have a hidden gem: Lawson inside the hotel. So you won’t be worried starving at night. A little thing to improve I guess if you install a smart TV that can sign in to Netflix or YouTube generally.

Great hotel, nice and new, good convenience store underneath and pretty good bus schedules to Disneyland, Disney’s and JR Miahama Station - it’s out of Tokyo but if your up for a trip into town and want easy access to theme parks this is a good value hotel.

The room we had was spacious with room to set aside our luggage and still move around comfortably without bumping into one another. Room was clean and complimentary toiletries in case you may need them. Bathroom was clean and modern with shower easy to get in and out. Enjoyed the onsite laundry located on the second floor which did not require detergent as it already auto dispensed; no coins required as it allowed using digital transactions. Please be aware that no eating is allowed in the lobby area, which you may be tempted to do since there is a small convenience store on the first floor. Also, enjoyed the shuttle service to and from the Disney parks and subway station. Recommend checking in a day before you plan to visit the park as there is no early check in or be prepared to leave your luggage and come back when it is time to check in to your room. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of foods and drinks. Although we only stayed for one night the hotel location and amenities had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Disney Sea and leave feeling rested and ready for the rest of our trip in Japan.

Distance from Disney is to be considered. The hotel itself is perfect. But it is isolated. The shuttle to Maihama is convenient. Great place to have a little space from Disney for our - go early - hotel break - back for the late afternoon evening. Offering vouchers at the Urayasu sport park would be an amazing plus.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. Having a laundry room amd convenience store really made a big difference. Also the breakfast is high quality and has variety of foods. The staff were also very nice (especially Lee) and attentive. Them allowing you to store luggage for free after check out is a very good amenity too. Also shuttle services to disney and station was also very convenient. Will definitely be coming back here next time.

Me and my parents stayed here while we went to Disneyland and Disney Sea. It was such a beautiful hotel and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place was nice, clean, and felt luxurious! They even have a FamilyMart inside which was so nice to grab a quick dinner or snack. The included breakfast was so delicious and held us over for most of the day. They have shuttles going to and from the hotel and Disney, which is nice so you don’t have to walk- just look for the buses when you’re exiting Disneyland. Staying here made our experience so much nicer and honestly better, we felt refreshed and relaxed our whole stay. I would recommend this hotel and I would for sure stay here again!
