"If you want to check in early, you need to tell the front desk reception that you are willing to pay otherwise they will tell you that there is no room available. I landed early so I needed to check in at 8am to rest before I head out due to a non restful flight. JPY10,000 was the "early" fee."

"Attentive staff, incredibly close to the parks (walking distance to the monorail) and they run a little tuck shop for hot snacks, beer and fruit for when you get back from the parks. Perfect!"

"All in all it was a wonderful stay! Close to Urayasu Station, several stores, shops, food court and supermarket right across the street from the hotel. A must go to is the supermarket with fresh fish, fruit and all sorts of great food! The food court is pretty good too. The only thing the hotel did not have was a gym. Other than that is was a wonderful place to stay and staff were extremely helpful."
