Excellent service! Help offered before you even ask. This feels like an old school hotel. Facilities and rooms are a little dated but are very clean, which is what matters for me. Location is great-there is a bridge connecting the hotel to the train station and bus station. If you are using the airport limo bus, the stop is on the street outside of the main bus/taxi roundabout in front of the aeon mall/mona mall/ train station. Disney is about 2 stops away but they also offer a free shuttle to and from tokyo disney and disney sea. It is a 40 minute train ride to and from central tokyo, so take that into consideration if you are planning to just do disney for a few days and spending more days sightseeing in central tokyo.

Great stay

I would definetly recommend this hotel. Its right next to the train station and has a 15 min free bus ride to disneyland and disneysea. Great service, free drinks/food in the room, and nice breakfasts we had daily. cant fault it

The location is too convenient. Have a link bridge to Shin Urayasu station. The shuttle bus to Disneyland/Disneysea is a bonus for the guests.

Superb location. Very classic and elegant style hotel. It's not a very new hotel but well maintained. Clean and spacious room. Loved the foot massage machine provided in the room. All amenities are provided. DHC toner, cleansing oil and facial cleanser are provided. If lotion can be provided, that would be great as lotion was provided in other hotel stayed in Japan.

Amazing location near Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea! The hotel has a bridge that connects directly to the train station from the second floor, which made getting around super easy. They even had a Lawson convenience store along the walkway, which was perfect for grabbing breakfast on our way to the parks each morning. The room was a good size for our family of five with young kids, and we really enjoyed the Japanese-style shower setup. A nice surprise was the leg massager in the room — we ended up using it a lot after long days of walking! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
