"Staff here were excellent. Assisted in helping us book our shuttle service to HND. I somehow managed to reserve the shuttle for the day before we were to travel and front desk called the night before to advise us. Not sure how she knew but we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. Even not understanding what she was calling about at first— I eventually figured it out. She also came out the day off to assist with our transfer. On checkin day, we got there early and they took our bags. They were in our room later when we returned. Very nice touch. Food service was excellent too. Staff went above and beyond. Ordered carryout and prices were very reasonable and both staff members added their personal touch and care in preparing our order. Overall, excellent stay"

"The property as a whole especially the location is great. But the rooms need a little bit of renovation. The location is very nice and just 3-5 minutes walk to Tokyo Bay station that will bring you to the entrance of the Disney resort, ikspiari mall and maihama station. We had a great stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. If I have to go back to Disney Tokyo, I will stay there again."

"Excellent room, amenities and staff were all very professional. Also the location is very nice if going to Disney, as they offer free shuttle service all day every 10 minutes. We stayed for several days and the cost was absolutely affordable. I found the Lawson conveince store in the lobby to be extremely convenient 😆. I cannot say enough kind words for this hotel. We will stay again on our next visit to Toyko Disneyland!"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but nicely decorated in a nautical theme and very clean. Elevators were quick and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious breakfast items, Japanese and Western. Easy access/transportation to the Parks, Entertainment, Dining & Shopping that the resort offers."
