2/10 Terrible

"The room was not clean; the shower tiles were rust and the tub was peeling. We were not able to get cable or wifi to work on our TV, we called twice, after the second time front desk said someone would come but no one did! My morning check out with Tiffany at front desk was HORRIBLE. I never received such negative and disrespectful service like that before! I was appalled she spoke to me in such manner. I will definitely NEVER return again and will continue to share my review online for others to know. "

"Hotel is not following franchisor standards and cutting corners and not upholding brand standards. Hotel smelled like Marijuna smoke and it was bothering my kids as it was coming from the Cental exhaust system. Rooms were dark with respect to lighting, Direct TV channels did not wok, TV was too small compared to wall space, room was out of body wash, and it was evident that the shampoo and conditioner were refilled with generic products. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10 with respect to choices and quantity of products offered, common errors were dirty and not maintained. Very disappointing stay for a total of 8 of us between 2 rooms. "

" New York water park and resort with everything to make you escape from your daily life . Kid friendly . Huge water park with tubes and slides and lazy river hot tube extended outside. Restaurants had bbq meals and ice cream / cake call( pops ), with arcade close at 9 pm water park hours 11am -7 pm huge room get rooms with balcony with amazing views "

"Don’t stay at this hotel, they are terrible. They don’t have clean room for a reservation that way booked days away from the date we supposed to stayed there. Nobody was at the front desk, we have to wait for the same lady that was vacuuming the floor to come and attend to us. The online pictures of the hotel doesn’t look like what we actually saw in reality. The environment was very dirty."
