Loved the access to firepits although we didn't use them. Not super close to town but walkable. Only complaint was the air conditioner was REALLY loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. Comfortable one night stay.

We had a good stay, but it would be better if breakfast was included. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. They have an area by the lake set up with chairs and fire pits which is nice if you want to sit outside.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Lake Placid. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious (especially the bathroom and shower). Also, the room was outfitted nicely with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had breakfast at the Haystack restaurant located on the property twice and each time found the service to be attentive and the food very good. The location of the hotel is great too, a bit removed from the busy main strip in Lake Placid. Highly recommend and will definitely stay at the Cambria for my next trip to the Adirondacks.

Had a fantastic stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is lovely, and an added bonus I didn’t know before I booked it was they had free paddle boards and kayaks for hire on Lake Placid. A few of the gas fire pits were out of gas which was a shame. The location was great, close to the shops on mirror lake and plenty of things to do like Whiteface mountain.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the overall experience. One suggestion that would make the hotel even better for families would be to add a playground or more outdoor activities for young children. Having a safe outdoor space where little ones could play would be a great addition and would make the hotel even more family-friendly.

Cambria was a wonderful place to stay in Lake Placid. The room was clean & odor free. The restaurant was quite reasonable & the wait staff was cordial. Parking on-site was so convenient. It is so close to downtown & other stores. We will definitely be back.

The room was very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an accessible room when entering the room it would be nice to have something to hold the door while bringing in someone with a wheelchair. The handles in the bathroom were good, but the bathtub is too low for someone with disabilities to get on the built in seat and swing legs over the tub. A walk in shower would be better. Overall we loved our stay. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very nice and helpful.

Stayed for the holiday weekend with my family. We enjoyed it, the property is lovely, our room was clean and beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Love that it is pet friendly as well. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything is good, but when we open the room there is a cooked smell around it. It’s probably last customer use microwave,and the food smells around the room. Also the breakfast costs too much and there is no coffee and hot water in daytime. The hotel offer free kayaking and good view at fireplaces. It’s nice hotel to stay.
