Everything exceeded my expectations, room was excellent clean, great view, and slept great. Breakfast and restaurant served 4 star hotel quality food. And 4th of July fireworks were fantastic.I will be staying here again and I highly recommend.

Part of the hotel is under construction so I am sure it will be better when completed. We didn't hear them working in our room but the back driveway was cluttered with trucks and debris. Dining room was beautiful and the food was delicious and great location.

We loved everything about this property. The location was perfect, our room was amazing with a 2 person jacuzzi, fireplace, a balcony and amazing views of the lake. The location and views from the hotel were great. The name Grandview matches with the experience. The one issue we had was that the tub in our room didn't drain very well, which made showering unpleasant. As of June 2026 there was a lot of construction going on in the hotel. They were renovating the rooms in our part of the hotel. While it didn't impact us much, it still took away from the experience. Staff was very friendly.

4th of July hidden gem on a hill!! Did not know the hotel was under construction, which was not really a big problem because the pool was still open, but the parking lot was taken up by many construction vehicles and workers. The air conditioner in our room did not work at night, but as soon as 9 AM hit, it turned itself on. The room was clean. They allow dogs and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Love the view the restaurant had good drinks and snacks and being able to see Fourth of July fireworks was a huge plus.

The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view. I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. Absolutely beautiful location with a balcony overlooking Mirror Lake, loved waking up and just looking out our balcony. We did utilize the fitness area, a bit small but functional. Pool was clean and good temperature and hot tub was welcomed after out long hikes. The hotel layout is a bit confusing and have to make sure you take the correct stairs/elevator to reach the correct wing to your room. The South Elevator was a bit sketchy and seemed like it may fail so we avoided that one after our first ride. Rooms were clean and loved the convenience of having fridge and microwave in the room. The construction on the first floor was a bit loud/ dirty walking through to get to the pool area, but I understand that it is temporary and it's for the better of future stays and appreciate that they are upgrading the rooms.
