"This hotel is located amazingly well! It’s within 15 min walk from pretty much every thing. The service is friendly and welcoming ! However this is an extremely busy hotel with conventions constantly on so much so sometimes the elevators have lines waiting."

"Superbe hôtel et chambre très spacieuse et élégante je recommande les yeux fermé."

"Très bel endroit, bien situé à distance de marche de la belle rue Cartier avec ces bons restaurants et cafés! La chambre avec deux lits queen tres spacieuse. La cuisine commune est très bien équipée et offre toutes les commodités pour se faire un bon repas."

"My first solo trip, and I couldn’t have picked a better destination or place to lay my head! 🧡 I wanted a true local experience rather than your typical Marriott or Hilton, and Hotel Boutique Ophelia did NOT disappoint! The staff was incredible! Although they aren’t on-site, they respond so quickly to every call and message. The daily check-ins were also such a thoughtful touch! The room was SOOO stinking cute, comfortable, and clean! It truly felt like my home away from home for the four...

"Pour agrémenter notre séjour à l'ouverture de l'Espace Riopelle, c'était un excellent choix!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was in a good location within walking distance of Cartier Street and Old Quebec. The staff at the Manoir answered our texts right away whenever we needed help. We were very appreciative of that! My only criticism was there needed to be a coat rack and a shoe mat as it was raining and we needed a place to hang our wet gear and shoes. It's a beautiful Manoir. Be prepared for stairs as there isn't an elevator. It's right beside The Plains of Abraham so you...

"Unfortunately, 2 items stood out and affected the level of satisfaction with my stay. 1. The room door security bolt was ineffective - it appeared that the actual door frame had been broken due to someone kicking the door in while the deadlock was engaged. Addition of a light-duty chain lock was not reassuring as the screws were short and secured to the same broken frame. This was distressing. 2. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Dust, debris and an item from a previous guest were visible...

"C’était très propre. Belle grandeur Cuisine interessante Le problème majeur Aucun espace de stationnement facile d’accès à proximité"

"Très fonctionnel et bien situé. Attention aux poignées des tiroirs du lit, chevilles meurtries 😉"

"L’emplacement"

"Awesome little hotel in the heart of old Quebec. Great restaurants within walking distance. Good sized room with a lovely upgraded bathroom. Would definitely stay there again."

"No convient parking included. Didn't know you needed to schedule breakfast and it wasn't included. Many stairs going to front door needed repair."

"Close to old city. Convenient for grocery shopping. Clean room."

"Bien situé."
