"Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. The major drawback of the suite is a bathroom...

"Pretty nice relaxing place. The other reviews a bit exaggerated. Woke up with massive bug bites after every night slept there. There is an extra fee. Didn’t use the yoga. Not a place probably for just a couple nights. Breakfast was good!"

The only things were that the shower leaked all over the floor if you didn’t place the curtain just right, the ants and nats were bad (but it is that season and couldn’t really be helped. "This is our second time staying at Maui Coast. I just love the place. The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel and the property are well taken care of. And the rooms are very clean. The pools and the pool bar are great. And we loved the restaurants located on the property. We really like being so close to the beach. We will be coming back to Maui because it's Maui, but we defiantly will be staying at Maui Coast. They help make our stay in Maui awesome. Thanks."

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"

"The grounds were very well maintained, quite beautiful and peaceful. Kudos to the gardener. Great location, however, the rooms and furnitures were so dated and smelly. The bed was very uncomfortable. Had a restless night. This would have been a 5 star review if the rooms were updated and didn’t have that musty smell."
