"Clean rooms , nice beds"

"The room was very spacious and clean. The pillows could be replaced as they were a bit lumpy. I would’ve liked for the breakfast hours was to be extended past 9 AM."

"I received a phone call from reception that We were supposed to check out on a day in the middle of our stay. When I pointed out we had 4 more days reserved, I was told we had to switch rooms in order to stay. On top of that they didn’t have a room for us to check into, so we would have to checkout and then check into later in the day. Eventually we got a room and I moved our belongings. Also there were college grads partying all night keeping us awake. We call front desk, they went to talk to them, didn’t help. Front desk told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Had a sleepless night. Sink and tub drain were slow, wound up standing in water while showering. TV didn’t work. My son’s room had a leaky toilet. NEVER use this hotel again. Front desk folks were polite but ineffective."

"The room was clean, however, please be advised that there are shady characters walking around in the casino parking garage that were looking into people's cars. "

"Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day."
