This hotel is in a great location. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Quiet location even though it’s on the main road. There was a nice pool and small gym area and a cute outdoor sitting space that was enjoyable in the later evening. A small bar/breakfast area if you needed it. Great hotel for a night or two.

The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff at the front desk.

No microwave, no breakfast and the pool and hot tub were really cold. Pillows were to soft and the room did not have enough towels; and trash bags and the garbage containers were way too small to hold any garbage. TV services and channels were terrible to follow, and the channels were not accurate and the not set to the correct channels. Not happy but thank you for your hospitably. Will onl come back in case of emergency. Pernell.

After driving from Cape Cod to UMass Amherst during a blizzard, arriving early was stressful—but the Courtyard Marriott in Hadley made everything easy. Early check-in was seamless, the room was ready, and the staff was excellent. Jayden at the front desk was especially professional and welcoming. A comfortable, stress-free stay and definitely a place I’d return to and recommend.
