"Breakfast was great! It was good value for the money! The IBIS Hotels are convenient, clean and comfortable. We have used them before and found them more than adequate. They are not fancy hotels, but that is not what we look for in a hotel. IBIS provides for us exactly what we need!"

"This was an excellent choice for my stay in Madrid! The staff was great at the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant. Rooms were spotless clean! Towels and sheets were white and smelled fresh. Lemon water at check in. Walking distance to a small grocery, a “dollar store” and a few eateries. Breakfast buffet was exception! It’s out about 20 min from downtown Madrid, but I thought it was nice to be out at a quieter location. Easy taxi ride to downtown, train stations and airport. Five star!!"

"The food was above average with a large bar selection if you wanted a drink before bed. The buffet was very good with a nice selection of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, eggs, etc. The tv barely worked—digital tuning was very pixelated. My bathroom ceiling had lots of water damage patches that were pretty unsightly. The ac worked ok, too noisy for window to open—although it did. With closed window, room was quiet. Pillows were not much, but the bed was firm. Staff was friendly and multi-lingual. The pickup shuttle was great, but the one I needed back was full. They called a taxi which was kind but it was an added 25€. Pool was closed. Nothing around it, so fine if you’re just sleeping the night before a flight, but I wouldn’t stay there for an extended trip. Not sure I’d stay there again for the cost."

"The shuttle to/from airport terminal 4 is a A+. Very convenient and comfortable at any time of the day. Nice bed and linings. The breakfast is tasty and full of options even gluten intolerants."

"New property, great vibe. Sorry the pool was closed, otherwise excellent. Don't forget to get a free ticket for the shuttle- many people may plan the same departure. Not much to see around, looks like a new neighborhood but a a great place to sleep next to the airport."

"Desperately needs renovation. Perhaps it used to be a four-star hotel in the past, no longer, it looks outdated and very basic."
