"모든게 매우 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 최고의 위치로 트램 타기도 편하고 식당들도 많아 편리 했어요. 한가지 불편했던건 샤워가 일어서서 할수 없는 구조라 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 욕실과 화장실 잠금이 잘 되지 않아 좀 불편했어요. 하지만 그외 위치,서비스, 청결 모두 매우 만족이였습니다. 일행 4명 모두 샤워기 구조 외에는 매우 만족해 했습니다. 지내는동안 즐거웠습니다. "

"Property, staff, and local were all ideal. The bathroom floor and shower were very slippery with any over spray or liquids. There is AC, but it is very weak. Rooms are spacious in comparison to other European hotels."

"What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. "The hotel is well situated and very nice. Staff was helpful with everything. There is no hotel parking, only street parking on a one way packed street or in a public parking garage that is a distance away if traveling with luggage."

"Great location with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and away from the old town so it's much quieter. Our room was small and basic with very limited furniture and table surface. Breakfast was good and inexpensive. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's worth staying again."

"Wow the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are small but who cares when the bed is so comfortable. Plus the masks are a funny touch. I’m definitely going to stay at this chain again!"

"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel: Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays. Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening. Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Perfect location. High standard modern rooms with powerful AC and soundproofing. We were located outside the buzzing restaurant and bar areas and you couldn’t hear it. Luxury rooms next to promenade. Great holiday. Brilliant staff. Highly recommended 10/10 for couples"

"The hotel was immaculately clean and pristine, with all the essentials available. The location is excellent — right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, with easy access to both tram and bus lines. All the staff at Best western Alba made all the difference. The front desk checked us in early when our flight landed and gave genuine recommendations, not just a map. Steven went out of his way to help us resolve our issues, and we felt right at home.
