"Lots of Delicious breakfast options but did run out if you didn’t get there early. Rooms were very nice, if a bit small, as is the usual in France. Nice water options to keep in room refrigerator. Very clean. It is located about a 20 minute walk from where you will want to spend your time and you won’t have a view from your room, but if you want those things, you will have to pay up for them. All in all, great hotel for the price."

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"The location is excellent! Close to the train and to the boardwalk and pedestrian section where many of the restaurants are located. Thr breakfast is fine, though would have preferred a bit more variety. The rooms are a bit older, but clean and well maintained. The staff is always ready to help any way they can."

"An excellent option for exploring Nice, centrally located, 200 metres from Place Massena, the gateway to the old town, and very close to The Promenade des Anglais. Being 6 floors above ground level (116 steps) will ensure you don't forget something before you leave the apartment, but the elevation gives outstanding vistas towards the surrounding hills. "We've been visiting Nice for 20+ years, and stayed in lots of hotels. This is a new favourite: perfect location; the room was spotless, with a good shower; the balcony was wonderful; the staff friendly. Only downside was that the bed was a bit small! But if that's all you have to complain about, you've had a good time. Brilliant - highly recommended."

"Hele mooie schone kamer die ruim was opgezet. Ook fijn dat de eenpersoonsbedden niet naast elkaar stonden, maar helemaal aan de buitenzijden. Personeel was heel vriendelijk, deden ook erg leuk met de kinderen. Ligging is perfect, vlakbij een tramhalte. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, dus ik kan daar niets over zeggen. Het zitgedeelte zag er wel mooi uit. Werkende airco. Kortom heel fijn verblijf voor een paar dagen Nice."
