Panju was most thoughtful , informative &helpful. Both the latter two have great senses of humour. "This was a cute and stylish hotel in downtown San Francisco. There were some sketchy characters hanging around the neighborhood as it’s right on the edge of the tenderloin which is not a great part of San Francisco. However, I felt safe at the hotel and had no trouble getting transportation like an Waymo and taxis. The staff was very nice. There was parking right next-door for $50 for 24 hours that was not affiliated with the hotel. I liked that we had a room on a high floor to be able to take in the incredible San Francisco views."

"First impressions are everything. Jenna was extremely warm and welcoming. She was so kind and asked my partner and I for our pronouns to ensure she was being respectful. Her explanation of the hotel was thorough and answered all our questions. She’s a very rememberable person and the hotel should be very grateful so have someone like her on the team. A true asset. The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest more lighting or better bulbs. It was so dark, even with all the lights on! "

"Clean room and comfortable. Parking is a bit pricey. WiFi is only free if you area Hilton Honors member."
