"Hard to fault. Near new residential apt block , 24hr security so no problems with collecting passes on self check. All the rental apartments are on 3 adjacent floors with their own lift ; separate from the residential units so no interaction or noise from residents activities All the essentials in place to have a better, long stay experience than being in a hotel room . "We stayed a total of 5 nights and it was a blessing to experience this truly majestic hotel befitting of its 100 years history. Also, very helpful staff, excellent customer service mentality and a nice breakfast spread. We also appreciate the location owing to the close proximity to shopping centres and must see sites like the Opera house, Reunification Place, etc. The only issue was the wooden bed frame cracked on the final night's. Fortunately, we were not hurt, just shocked. We moved a different room for the night but did not sleep well at all owing to the shock and change of environment. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay."

"We stayed at Sedona Suites from 20 September to 25 September and overall had a very comfortable and enjoyable five-night stay. The room was very spacious, with plenty of storage, clean linens, complete amenities, and excellent insulation from outside noise. The city views were also fantastic, and the pool area was lovely. We especially enjoyed breakfast at The Straits every morning. The buffet had a wide spread of food, and we were consistently looked after very well by Quy (also known as Max), Alisa, and Moon. They were warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay and really made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and many other attractions, which made getting around very convenient. One small gesture that we particularly appreciated was being allowed to request four bottles of water for our room each evening. We did have to ask for them, but the hotel accommodated the request throughout our stay, and that kind of flexibility and hospitality really does make a difference. It’s a simple thing, but these thoughtful gestures are always appreciated, especially in a five-star property. Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms, location, breakfast, facilities, and service were all excellent, and we would happily stay at Sedona Suites again."

"This was a wonderful stay! The room was incredible, we had a private outdoor bath as well as a bathroom inside the room. The rooftop pool is amazing, and the breakfast offers so many delicious options. Most of all, the staff were fantastic—super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shout-out to the bellmen, Nguyen and Penny, among others! Penny made our late-night arrival feel especially warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Honestly, I think he should have been at the front desk! The receptionist seemed quite tired and unenthusiastic, although it was very late, so I completely understand. Nguyen was also incredibly kind and helpful. He always made sure we had an umbrella when needed and was very patient in communicating with my Grab drivers for me. There were two other bellmen whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch, but every single one of them was wonderful. The room was clean and very well maintained. Since it gets incredibly hot and humid, I especially appreciated that the reception staff allowed me to take a shower before my flight. That made my stay so much more comfortable—thank you! I’m sorry I don’t remember their names, but I really appreciated their kindness. I would absolutely stay here again!"
