"Property was very nice. Room a good size for Japan. Staff were excellent. My only negative is it’s 11 min walk from train so with luggage I would have preferred closer to Namba station. Most restaurants are near Dotimbori about a 15 min walk "

"Great hotel near lots of eateries and shopping. Near several trains. Staff was nice and courteous, upgraded to an executive suite and so happy we did, room was larger, comfy bed, great view too. Breakfast was a great start to our day good assortment of food. "

"Located very conveniently. There was construction in the area (may 2024) which made it hard to find right away but the hotel name signage was helpful to locate the hotel."

"Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend! "
