"Excellent in every way"

"Fantastic. Felt more like a 4 star hotel. Location is excellent, being extremely close to Osaka Station and airport limousine station being close as well. Love the amenities, staff were kind, and room itself was clean. Only slight issue i had was the ac remote was not easy to use, with instructions only in japanese when using the qr code. Of course. i understand that being in Japan, not everything will be in english, but just a suggestion and maybe provide instructions in other languages....

"Great service and friendly staff "
