"Couple of things. The toilet flush handle was not working properly. I kind of had to put it together to get it to flush. No big deal but one thing that surprised me was that the bar cups are reusables and thats great for the environment but I personally saw the bar employees washing the cups on a small sink that I guess is supposed to be used to wash their hands migth be not I am just guessing but the employees just pour water inside and rub the cups with their hands. No soap. No sanitizer nothing. I found this very unsanitary. I personally dont drink alcohol and only went to ask for a bottle of water but it was not cool to see them doing that and no following minimum sanitary regulations."

"I have visited Cancun numerous times and have experienced a variety of resorts, but I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It has been, by far, the best experience I have had in Cancun. The rooms are clean and spacious, and our suite had a beautiful view of the beach. The food was excellent at both restaurants, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are wonderful, but what truly makes this hotel remarkable is the staff and their exceptional customer service. Everyone was genuinely kind and attentive, and they truly made our stay an amazing experience. We will definitely be coming back."
