"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"It was a very beautiful experience here at the Heritage Hotel. The host was super super on ground. They gave us a very early check-in check-in typically starts at four, but I told them that we are arriving at 6 AM and they were not only waiting at 6 AM they had sent a message when they didn’t see us wondering if everything was OK that was so sweet of them.
