The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome to the seamless check-in process, it was evident that the staff, especially Pita (service hospitality), she was amazing and took care of my family and I from start to finish. They took care of our needs with remarkable efficiency, always with a smile. The rooms were spacious and I especially liked their semi-outdoor bathrooms. The culinary experience was a definite highlight; the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It was a pleasant surprise to find engaging activities like yoga and cooking classes available, adding an extra layer to our stay. The photography services provided by Purnama were exceptional, capturing our family memories perfectly. The hotel's strategic location further enhanced our experience, offering both accessibility and a sense of security. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely stay at Adiwana Svarga Loka! We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room and were upgraded to a Junior Suite—both were very comfortable. Staff were warm and helpful, especially Pitaa. Spa and healing sessions were amazing and worth every cent. Breakfast was delicious, though not a huge variety. The peaceful, tucked-away location is still close to everything in Ubud. Would definitely return!

Had a good stay at this hotel with the family. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had different variety each morning, basic drink and snacks provided in the room for free. Staff were very nice and friendly. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road where all the shops and dining options are. Gets pretty dark at night since there are no street lamps. Some part of the streets have barely any sidewalks so that was a challenge. Other than that, stay was pretty good.

Gorgeous little hotel nested in the trees! (20mn walk to Ubud). Bedroom was large enough for a 6-night stay and we truly enjoyed the large balcony. Bathroom was large and AC/wifi worked perfectly. Best part , as mentioned by other travelers, is the staff! They are all so nice, friendly, attentive to detail, courteous, that they really deserve a special mention! They make this place really special! Other strong points of the lodge are: 1) Spa, which is really nice, clean and with excellent professional services. 2) Food & beverages: the food was excellent, fresh, tasty and we ended up having dinner every night there. Cocktails were also very well prepared and delicious. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Cannot wait to go back!

An oasis. If you want a resort with things to do and not want to go the ubud center where the hustle and bustle is, this resort is for you. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the restaurant, they always had a smile. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only thing I don’t like is that there are many stairs in order to get to the pool. I mean it’s very down below. Resort is about a 10 min walk to get into the center. Be aware very narrow streets that you have to share with cars and scooters, with really no sidewalk.

I was happy as I initially got a room that was next to a group and I could hear a lot of noise. I requested for them to change it and they immediately changed my room. The rooms were clean, of course the property is in tropical area so expect mosquitoes and bugs. Prepare yourself for mosquitos all over ubud. I think the interiors of the room could be a little better, they were missing a few things like t, wifi the breakfast was also very average and issuing a lot f. Egan options. However I was overall happy with their service was poor,

Didn’t have our rooms!

Awful experience. After booking our stay months in advance, we arrived to the hotel after 30+ hours of travelling to find out that the rooms we booked did not exist. Although they advertise a Deluxe Room as having 1 twin AND 1 double, the rooms actually only have 1 twin. We had reserved multiple rooms and none were correct. Not only was there the issue, the staff did not deal with it. There wasn’t a manager on site - only 8 employees clustered around a computer. They couldn’t come up with any solutions and actually blamed it on us. After I showed them that their website clearly depicts the rooms as having two double beds, he still insisted it wasn’t the hotels fault. After 2 hours and no solutions, we left and stayed at another hotel which was absolutely incredible. Even if we had stayed at Adiwana, I can’t imagine it being good. The rooms are dark and musty and look as though they haven’t been inhabited in a long time.

Un havre de paix pour vous ressourcer

Apres 4 jours @ Sidemen, 3 jours @ Ubud, pui Sekumpul et 3-nuits @ Munduk et enfin une nuit @ Adiwana Svarga Loka. Le nord de Bali est magnifique, nous avons profité de nos visites des temples et balades dans la nature avec des cascades époustouflantes. La nuit au Adiwana etait super sympa, les chambres sont immenses et très confortables. Le personnel est super professionnel et toujours l@ pour vous aider. Le restaurant est bon, nous avons bien apprécié le petit déjeuner. Helas nous n avons pas profité de la piscine et du spa. Il pleuvait et nous ne sommes resté qu une nuit.

Tres decu par cet hôtel

Bonjour nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour s'en faire une journée off lors de notre road trip afin de profiter des prestations de cet hôtel. Cependant nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine ni d'aucune activité pour la simple raison que l'activité est proposė une fois par semaine, et que la piscine, le bar qui l’entoure est laissé à l’abandon. Finalement, on ne peut qu’y dormir. C’etait l’hotel le plus cher de notre road trip. Le prix demandé ne vaut vraiment pas la prestation. A deconseiller Seul le restaurant servait de bons plats.

自然が豊かで、伝統的な雰囲気を感じることができました。 朝食をつけたのですが、屋外の朝食会場で、アリやハエが食べ物に入ってきてしまっており、初日以降は利用をやめました。また、プールもボウフラのようなものが浮いていたり、濁っていたので一度も使用しませんでした。自然に近い場所にあるからこそでしょうが、少し不潔に感じました。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、深夜の問い合わせにもかかわらず、親切に対応してくださいました。 お部屋の冷蔵庫にはスナックや水、ポカリスエットが毎日補充され、とても助かりました。お部屋にはプラグ変換器も置いてありました。 お部屋のトイレはトイレットペーパーを流すことができないので、ゴミ箱に使用済みのペーパーを捨てるのですが、蓋なしのゴミ箱だったので少し抵抗がありました。 立地としては、コンビニ（MマートとGrabマート）が近くにあり便利です。どちらのお店も50000ルピアからクレジットカードが使えます。 ウブド中心地（ウブド宮殿あたり)からは歩いて20分、バイクで5分〜10分程度、車だと20分で行き来することができます。 車だと一通の為、遠回りしなければならず、なんだかんだで20分くらいかかってしまいます。バイクでの移動が1番早いです。 ホテルは大通りから坂を登ったところにあるため、アプリを使うか、大通りまで5分程度歩いて出ないと、なかなかバイクは捕まりません。 近くのご飯屋さんをいくつか試しましたが、中心地の方が美味しく、バラエティも多いです。しかしながら、隣のホテルのレストランは美味しかったです。 ホテルは高台にあるので、かなり見晴らしが良いです。 チャンプアンリッジウォークという簡単なハイキングコースが徒歩圏内にあり、ホテルから1時間程度で往復できました。

숲속의 호텔

밀림을 연상하는 숲속에 위치하여 특별한 경험을 하였습니다. 그러나 식당에서의 음악 소리는 딱히 좋지가 않아 방을 옮겨야 했고, 스탭진의 친절한 도움으로 문제를 쉽게 해결했습니다. 조식은 도시적이지는 않은 약간의 거친 느낌이었습니다. 잘 지내다 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Hotels.com are USELESS!

You must be joking? I tried to cancel my stay due to the current travel restrictions but HOTELS.COM are UNFAIR and MONEY HUNGRY as they wouldn't let me cancel my stay. Rest assured I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM.
