"Nice Place. Very natural"

"If you plan to stay here, just know that this particular area uses local taxi which are more expensive than Grab. The local taxis charge surcharges. You have to walk about 10-15 mins down the road before you can get a Grab Taxi. Do not stay here if you want to pay for expensive local taxis. Also the staff here do not communicate well with each other. My stay was fine up until their lack of communication. Would not stay here again."

"The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't clean. No fresh air system in the hotel. It smells like to rooms hasn't been used frequently. Power supply problem. The electricity cut off many times."

"The property outdoor was great and a very nice location.. but the rooms were old and need upgrade"

"First day Hard to Find locations. you can reach only with bike or walking"

"ウブドの中心街から程近い割に入るとかなり静かな環境でした。 団体客の野外の大音量での夜の宴会なければ、申し分ないと思います。"

"Stayed here for my honeymoon and it could not have been a better way to end my trip. The loveliest staff, especially Juna. Beautiful facilities and views. I am not vegan and I enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!"

"We have found our little piece of heaven. From the minute we arrived to a lovely welcome and tour of the beautiful hotel and facilities to the moment we left two weeks later it’s been outstanding in every way. Our Butler Valley Pool Villa was amazing with its own pool sitting amongst the jungle with the river running in the background was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team morning and night, they were all so friendly helpful and unobtrusive The whole hotel staff knew our names and...

"Loved how spacious my room was, especially the outdoor bathroom/shower. The food was great and the staff were excellent. It was amazing how quiet and serine it was but also steps to a very vibrant and busy area. Perfect location!"

"All the staff great and very helpful, in my opinion because hotel is new I think not 100% ready to rent out, the road to small for 2 way car to pass and no parking for car , early morning roasters woke us up, if you guys don’t mind roasters sounds that would be great place to stay, after all we like to stay at Santa hotel because of staff so nice and pretty nature view"
