"Staying at Tanah Gajah in Ubud was an absolute highlight of our time in Bali. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by the level of care and hospitality. The staff here are truly extraordinary. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed, greeting us by name every day and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether we needed recommendations, help with logistics, or just a quick chat about our plans, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive,...

"The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't clean. No fresh air system in the hotel. It smells like to rooms hasn't been used frequently. Power supply problem. The electricity cut off many times."

"Can’t rave about this place enough. Not only is the staff kind they are thoughtful which is a quality you rarely see in hospitality."

"everything was amazing, the people, the food the room so amazing"

"Food great, staff nice. Coffee was not good. Bathroom had sewage smell. Bathroom towel time to replace. Massage was expensive."

"Try floating breakfast and yoga. I love massage there "

"Las instalaciones son precisosas, Con muchísimo gusto y todo muy nuevo. Os recomiendo que Hery, el Guest Experience Manager, os ayude con las excursiones. Nos preparó varias que marcaron la diferencia. Geniales. Él es encantador. Lo único que recomendaría a Dirección es que no permitan a los clientes dar comida a algún gato que corre por las instalaciones. "We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and always went above and beyond. The breakfast was a ton of food and always delicious, we ate some other meals at the restaurant as well which were also great. The pool was stunning and this was the nicest hotel gym I have ever used. 10/10 would recommend!"

"We stayed at 4 hotels in Bali and this was the BEST! Super good deal for the luxury you get, everything was WOW and the food at their restaurant was amazing. The only bad thing was that the hot water in the shower would run out after a few minutes, you’ll have to wait for it to heat up again."
