"The check-in process at this hotel was simple, quick, and very friendly. It was suggested by the clerk that I join the rewards program, so I did. I travel about 30-35 days a year but I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in 20 years so I decided to join. That was a mistake. Later in the evening after returning my rental car, it took 3 phone calls, and an hour and a half for the complimentary van to get me the 6-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The van driver wouldn't talk to me about it in the van because of the camera. At the hotel, he wanted to dish the dirt on his boss as the reason he wasn't there and was showing me his log. I explained that I didn't want to be involved in office drama. I went into the hotel and asked for the manager on duty. The lady behind the desk said it was her. After explaining that it took me an hour and a half to get from the airport to the hotel, she offered to credit 2500 points to my account. She told me it would"

"This was the worst place I've ever been in EVER!! The staff was horrible and nasty, the rooms were dirty and roach infested and they wouldn't return my money due to their greediness. The front desk guy actually said they clean their rooms, had a whole attitude yet I have pictures of the hair covered shampoo bottles and soap on the sink, the tub with hair and bugs all in it, the dirty sheets and dirty floor. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products and cleaned the room myself. They really should be ashamed but we all know they're not. Smh"

"Room smelled heavily like weed when we first got there. Aired it out and it went away. Everything is what you would expect for a budget hotel/motel. Not the best beds or anything, but adequate for someone like me that doesn't really care. Quick and easy Uber ride to the airport."
