Had to wait 40 min to check in. 2 staff working. One was saying our Expedia c card was not on file. The other demanded I pay direct with my c card to the hotel. I called Expedia while waiting and after 5 minutes on the phone the issue was resolved (after waiting 40 minutes after 11pm). Then we were told there were no keys for our room as the system was out. They committed to keys under the door. We couldn’t all leave the room early am to leave and come back because none of us had a key. In the am the front desk finally got us a key 20 minutes before we had to leave. One of the front desk clerks at night was argumentative and not polite to a Marriott Silver Elite member. The other front desk clerk was the one who made us wait and wait and wait saying she didn’t see the payment from Expedia. Never called them, nothing. Will not be back. Entirely unacceptable customer service.
