"Very clean room and the breakfast was better than most in other hotels. Comfortable bed too!"

"Room was clean but smelled damp. When I turned on the air conditioning unit to try and get some air circulation it made the smell even worse"

"Room had a roach in the bathroom. We were moved to another room. Very disappointed"

"It was great, was just there for one night because our flight was cancelled."

"The front desk guy was nice and explained everything in a good manner. The beds were comfortable and very neat. The only thing I was surprised about was that I didn't see any body lotion. Also, I didn't like the fact that the soap wasn't in the bag as it usually is, it looked like it was used."

"Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. "Very nice establishment, will definitely stay again when in town."

"Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,...

"Mrs D at the front desk was very very nice, helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Check in was a breeze and easy. They provide evening dinner at no cost and 2 cocktail vouchers. This was a great perk of staying at this property! Breakfast was great as well with many options to choose from. I will definitely return on my next visit to Charlotte. It was located right off the highway and just minutes from Carowinds. We enjoyed our visit and stay. ❤️"

"The property was absolutely amazing and it was my first time staying at a Double Tree. I was down the hallway from the gym which was good and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone was nice and i would love to come back"
