"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay would highly recommend room staff and food was excellent"

"We had a wonderful stay at Castleknock Hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and well-kept, and the overall facilities (including the dining options and leisure areas) were very good. Breakfast was enjoyable and the location worked well for us.The only disappointment was the view from our room — it overlooked the trash receptacles outside. It was a bit of an eyesore when we looked out the window. Everything else about the stay was excellent, and that was truly the...

"Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

"Room ventilation didn’t work well. Got into the room and it smelled like someone was smoking. Smoking smell came from bathroom vent. Rooms don’t have usb-c outlets for phone chargers. All outlets require Irish standards outlet plugs. If you don’t have an Irish plug or outlet converter then you have to rent one downstairs. If you have a laptop which doesn’t have an Irish outlet adapter then you’re doomed."

"The flowers in the planters had gone by. Should have replaced"

"During our stay, they were going through some renovations so it was a bit messy in the corridors. Barring that, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. Very convenient location as far as proximity to Dublin Airport, with some shopping options nearby as well"

"The service at the bar was excellent. The food has been amazing. I would highly recommend anybody who is traveling back from Dublin to stay a night here and enjoy the services at the bar very friendly staff."

"Enjoyed our stay!"

"The Clontarf Castle Hotel was beautiful! Amenities were wonderful but most important is an authentic Castle! Highly recommend."

"Firstly, the Hotel is very nice and the staff are absolutely amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the Globe restaurant has great food...the only problem I found was the constant door slammings every few minutes and the screeching of furniture on the wooden floors...it makes for a less calm environment for which a hotel should offer people."

"I really like the location"

"I stayed one night - my plane was at 6 a.m. Dinner was good and the service excellent. The room was ok. The bathroom ok but for drains that did not work. The place is worn out and not kept to Hilton's usual standard - the price though is Hilton's."

"Sehr tolles Frühstück. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Innenstadt von Dublin ist gut zu Fuß zu entdecken."
