Staff were nice, breakfast was fabulous, location is poor in that there are no available dining places for an evening meal. The WIFI is woeful at best and the heating in my room only worked sporadically.

Basic hotel

The hotel is bit far from the city centre. I don't think It's in desirable place. But all stuff are nice, working hard. There is a big enough shopping centre 30min walk. Supermarket is right next to the hotel. The Breakfast was very nice.

++ comfy bed ++ Service/Staff 0 Breakfast - Hotel Condition -- Location First of all, the bed was recently comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is not perfect being nearly at the end of the number 55 bus route and 50 minutes ride from the city centre. That said, the hotel offers excellent value for money which included free breakfast. If you like cake for breakfast then you will be happy here. Unfortunately, the room key failed everyday and needed to be "re-coded" at the reception, annoying.

Needs some maintanace but good for few days Turin

Airco was broken in hotel, hot rooms. No fans were available. Free parking on street, busstop in front to go to city center. Breakfast was okay.

I would like to ask for my money back. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we had to move to another hotel. Idea Hotel was extremely dirty, from lobby to the room. Bed and bed clothes were broken. A lot of noise from other rooms during the night. Terrible experience.

There is nothing about this hotel you would like. Stay away. Its not what you see in the picture. DIRTY,SMELLY, used to be old holiday inn express. Decor was poor, carpet was dirty, chait in restaurant is dirty and you dont feel like to sit on it. We had no water in the morning and whole of hotel had no water due to leakage in reception. When asked we been told by staff that our boss the owner dont care about customets and condition of yhe hotel. Please stay away. Im not sure company like expedia sell bookings for these type of hotel.

Abbiamo prenotato con il prezzo più vantaggioso in zona, ma per il complesso troppo caro: La struttura è datata, ma questo non compromette la pulizia che potrebbe essere più curata non solo nei dettagli: la moquette emana cattivo odore, le mura sporche, battiscopa e bagni basterebbe passare candeggina per disinfettare. Peccato!
