"Dirty couch pullout beds, leaking ceilings and air conditioners, multiple issues with reservations, missing linens and towels in rooms, major issues with reservations. Multi room stay, no follow up on issues by sales or staff, and poor customer service. Would not stay here."

"Our room did not have a chair to bath in & it was a handicap room. Our A/C was horrible… It would stay on for about 30 to 40 minutes then turn off. My husband had to get up & turn it on all night. Then when we got up at around 6am the A/C started to stay on. We were sweating all night. Then they said if we got the sheets dirty that they would charge us an extra fee. I will never stay here again"

"I checked in on April 30th Thurday afternoon. It is their policy that after a two night stay you receive listed housekeeping services which include towels. I csm back to the hotel Saturday evening no housekeeping service. I called the lobby and let them know no one tended to the room. I requested towels that night, nothing! I called again Sundsy Morning and the person I talked with brought them up. When I checked out trash cans were full and no amenities were replaced."
