Staff is very friendly, particularly the breakfast staff. Rooms are clean but can be a bit noisy at times. You can't adjust the thermostat in your room so if you like sleeping with it colder, too bad. Only one elevator working which led to long waits.

We booked a king bed on Expedia and we got a double queen, which was not ideal for me and my husband. We ended up sleeping in separate beds because the queen was too small and the beds were uncomfortable. This hotel seemed like it was a great location for those needing proximity to the medical center buildings nearby. We were not there for those reasons. The room was just okay and the smoking area for the hotel is outside by the front doors, so you have to walk through smoke to get in and out. I would not stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly, professional, and supportive, especially considering the majority of guests are also patients at MD Anderson. We loved our little junior suite and will definitely try to get a larger room next time. The only downside was that the shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom.

Worth a good nights stay

More counter space would have been better in the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable room and very dark to sleep I
