"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. "The room was clean but sparse. Bathroom room amenities towels, tissues etc were portion controlled. 4-6 tissues in the dispenser. Had to ask 2x for extra towels. Couldn't get an extra blanket. The refrigerator & the air conditioner to be replaced. However they did offer a complimentary breakfast. The staff was very nice and answered all our questions."

"The hotel was clean, but it was not explained that this was more of an actual living quarters than a hotel. There was no main service there was no one to bring you fresh towels or washcloths or even to take out your trash or come in to make your bed even at your request. I even threw my sheets outside my door on the third out of four nights and they took them but never brought clean ones back. I even went downstairs and requested new bedsheets I was told they would be up right away, and I stayed another night without sheets on my bed sleeping on top of the comforter."

"Pros: Nice clean property, great location, garage parking good. Pool and rooftop view great. Check in easy and elevators work fast. Cons: No ironing board, had to iron on bed. No ice machines, had to call front desk and request ice be brought. Depending on time, it can come fast or take very long."
