Loews Ventana Canyon Resort
The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a Expedia VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). When a second tier room wasn’t available, the resort upgraded us to a tier higher. Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. ...

Lodge on the Desert
The room was exceptional, however, the young girl that was the night clerk was very rude and unfriendly but i would recommend the Lodge to family and friends.
