"Breakfast was really great. Massive variety and quality! Staff were excellent. Especially front desk and the staff on the street helping with vehicles, arrivals etc. the only downside was that our room smelt a bit musty/smokey, maybe smoked in or damp from poor construction of bathroom. "

"Leaking water from the ceiling and I reported but no one showed up the same day. They fixed it the next day but it was leaking again. There were no Robes in the room. There were no Shampoo, Conditioner, body washier. Hot tube was not working with messed around and the swimming pool was so cold water and no towels around. The staff was not kind and tried to help me out. "

"Bathroom walls and ceiling definitey need sound proof seriously. Room wall and floor shown bad water damages. Room keycard has an issue so a physical was provided to lock and unlock room. Room should not be available to guest until those basic issue resolved. Important: front desk personnel grading as poor. "

"It was not 4star . Very old interiors . Table light , fan didn’t work. Lights used to switch off . Luke warm water in shower even after 5 mins keeping on . Power outlets not working . "
