I would stay again just for the breakfast buffet!

The most beautiful hotel with an incredible breakfast buffet, bar, restaurant, spa/pool/sauna/massage spa and such nice and helpful staff. Couldn’t fault this at all, other than I wish we stayed here the whole time in Hanoi as it was such great value for money. Highly recommend! 10/10 Gill

Beautiful hotel run by nice people

Everything wonderful overall 10/10. Kind friendly staff. Clean building and rooms. Nice spa. We extended our stay 3 days more as we liked it so much. A suggestion: As many Europeans and Americans have Celiac Disease/gluten allergy, please consider reviewing Celiac Food Handling guidelines to avoid cross contamination of gluten free food with crumbs of gluten. It was great that you had a friend egg or omelette station at breakfast but it was next to where waffles or gluten was handled and same person was handling both so our celiac kid was unable to have the eggs. It was nice you had gluten free cake today but it was next to gluten cake that was above it and below it on same serving display. the same serving spoon was used and the gluten free cake had crumbs of gluten on it.

The hotel was very good but that is not a choice in the stars. We had to walk several blocks to other restaurants. Across the street is a Circle K convenience store and a coffee shop. We think there was also a coffee or snack place next door. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was quite good.

Perfect stay - great service

Had a wonderful stay at The Ann Hotel. Loved the space in my room, it was clean and almost perfume-free sheets and towels. I did not have the time to visit the pool, but it looked good. The people at the reception was friendly and helpful, and the area was quite. Although it was a 25-30 minute walk from the most busy streets and Hoan Kiem, I think the location was perfect for me. The breakfast was also good :) I had a late check-out for free, and also had my dry cleaning done. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here the next time I'm in Hanoi.

Outstanding staffing, professional and friendly but it took them more than 40 min to give us the clean towels that we requested. We booked an extra night, previous nights were with the Gate1 tour, and they wouldn't give us the breakfast buffer that we had with Gate 1. We could have booked at another hotel in the Old Qtr that was cheaper ($15 USD) and has better reviews. BTW, the breakfast buffer has fewer selections compared with other hotels that we stayed and the food quality was just average. I gave 3.5 stars mainly due to the outstanding staffing.

Splendid stay

A lovely stay for 3 nights… the pool was refreshing given the heat and the aircon in the room was also much appreciated. Breakfast was tasty and the front desk were super helpful given our early arrival and to arrange taxis. We also used the free shuttle into the Old Quarter.
