"This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! "

"Stunning location, great food and friendly staff. Although their English was limited they really tried and went out of their way to help. Loved the interiors, the coziness of the place and those views from every point were spectacular."

"Very good service from staff! Even helpong golf reservation. Good hints of near by restaurants. Nice shop in downstairs, open 24/7. Breakfast delivered to room, very tasty. I will be back!"

"The accommodation is well worth the price. The rooms are clean. The location is convenient, with many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The staff are very friendly and responsive."

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to: 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking. 2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."

"Our family spent a month in Vietnam and Cambodia and used Solaria Hotel as our base, and stayed here on 3 separate occasions. Incredible location with easy access to anything you want to do. The rooms were excellent, breakfast was delicious ( beef pho in particular), massages were lovely and more. We travel internationally a lot, and this hotel by far has the best staff we have ever met. They are generous with their suggestions and go out of their way to make your stay in Hanoi and yes Vietnam too as perfect as it can be. In particular Liam and Susan. Susan always had the best suggestions of things we should do. And Liam helped organize cars, tours and more as we navigated Vietnam. We would have been lost without him. His kindness was boundless. We can’t wait to return to Hanoi and stay at this amazing hotel again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Anatole-we would definitely stay here again if we were exploring the old quarter of Hanoi! Our room was spacious, clean & quiet & had a seating area. We enjoyed a sauna, the pool & the cold jacuzzi! The staff weee really friendly & the breakfast was amazing! We had our own personal concierge too! Thank you for helping make our vacation wonderful! "I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Noi"

Their knowledge and willingness to help added so much value to my trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing space to return to after a busy day in Hanoi. The service throughout my stay was consistently thoughtful and professional, creating an atmosphere of care and attention that made all the difference. "Capella is a great hotel. There's a lot of blingy furniture which is not really my style but is supposed to resemble 1920's and they've done a great job. The hotel provides afternoon tea and cocktails. The staff the was a bit disorganised and i was told that cocktail I ordered was no longer available as they ran out of it so I assumed the cocktails were pre made and did not really contain the alcohol strength I'm familiar with esp my Negroni."
