Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions

This Hotel was in a great location. The staff was excellent in helping with tours and local information. The hotel is basic but at a favorable price. We planned on two days but stayed four nights.

They accused us of losing our room key. Fortunately, the problem was resolved when one of the staffs remembered them took it from our room. The whole experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The hot water only works for one shower. We booked two rooms, and that was the case for both. Their taxi service is cheaper than a Grab ride to the airport, but that should not be the only reason to stay here.
