"No hot water for a shower this morning, plus they charge $100 deposit upon check in. Was told it would taken 7-10 days to get it back after check out. Servers to get a drink while playing are hard to find and when you do find one they seem rude and like they don’t want to be bothered. Room rates are good."

"It’s Laughlin and if your expectations adjust accordingly then this property is great! Our room was clean, lots of things to do, the Gourmet room was absolutely the highlight and the “Losers lounge” on a Saturday brought me back to the 90’s club era. We had the best time!"

"The Golden Nugget lost air conditioning. The service tech said we should "sleep with the door propped open" to alleviate the issue. When it's 100+ degrees and your room has no a/c it's not a pleasant experience. The hotel offered no assistance."

"The place was horrible, Dog hair everywhere, hole in the bathroom wall, paint peeling, entry threshold was unfinished worth a gap over an inch at the bottom. Very old and outdated and the mattress had to be 30 years old. The place questionable people around and w know our car would have been broke into. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in."
