Had an amazing time with my family at Harrah’s. It was our first time visiting and everything was better than expected. The hotel was amazing everything around us was close by the two pools, the beach, the arcade, food court, and the taxi boats. So easy to guide yourself through the hotel and around. Definitely will be going again we loved it.

Despite it being busy for the holiday the services were quick and staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. My som enjoyed the private beach, pool, arcade and even the water taxi. Would definitely recommend.

Casino was clean, staff were friendly. Our room left much to be desired. We stayed in a king room in the North tower and were only provided 3 pillows, and 2 of the pillowcases were put on inside out! Don’t think room had been vacuumed as we found a chunk of someone’s broken suitcase wheel in the middle of room and a giant red hairball in the corner next to the nightstand. If we stay there again we will try the central tower. Pricing was fair. Restaurants had good food and waitstaff was friendly.
