"The property is beautifully set on the hillside the grounds are well and beautifully maintained with a lot of flora very relaxing and comfortable,staff were friendly the only problem was lack of WIFI which didn’t work in the rooms and barely worked outside but I understand this is because the internet is still unstable due to the damage the hurricane caused .It is not far from the town centre a local taxi ride away so shops are available nearby. overall it was a nice experience at a reasonable price"

"TCH is in a great location for getting in, around and out of MoBay, no doubt. The front desk Clerk was great.....but clearly cognizant of the hotel's shortcomings. The condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired! The first room I was placed in, seemed ok for the price. But then the lights went out and I had to be moved as there was no electrician on site. The next room was bigger and also kinda ok, but had what appeared to be mold on the bathroom roof, no covers on the bathroom sink faucet and all manner of stains on the floor tiles.....don't try using the fridge or microwave, please!.....the place is just badly neglected. Also, if you want some entertainment, bring your own, as whatever cable service they have needs an encryption code to find a working/allowed channel to watch!.....thankfully the WiFi was great!"

"Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing. Breakfast was ok . I def liked the service . And in great lactation. WiFi was weak though. Airport shuttle Is $25 buy can get cheaper with uber or tours."
