"What a micro delight. I wasn’t aware of the small room size before I got there but the room had everything to accommodate. Large mirrors, luggage storage under the bed, huge TV, full sized sham/cond/lotion/body wash, a hair dryer, a clothes steamer, even a noise machine! Impressed. Great lighting. And so very clean. 10/10 stay, no notes."

His level of customer service exceeded our expectations and was one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in many years. Mr. Ferdows was not only professional and attentive, but also warm, understanding, personable, and sincere. You could immediately tell he truly cared about making our anniversary memorable rather than simply processing another hotel check-in. One of the most impressive moments of our stay was the personalized room upgrade Mr. Ferdows arranged for our anniversary celebration. That gesture alone showed tremendous thoughtfulness and attention to detail. After checking in, he personally escorted us to our room, which added a level of class, professionalism, and personal connection that is extremely rare today. During the walk to the room, he took the time to explain the hotel's amenities, dining options, and features throughout the property, making us feel completely comfortable. We will be back!
