"Friendly staff, great location and nice breakfast. The only disappointment was the pool was not the cleanest. If that isn’t a concern for you then everything else was great! Also be very very careful for the elevators… there is no safety on them and we saw multiple people lose their coffee and drinks when the doors closed on them!"

"I booked a room for three nights in this hotel. The first two night I felt cheated the room I was given was small it was one of those adjourning rooms, the vents were extremely dusty, the bathroom mirror had a crusted custard-like stain that would not come off. The floor tiles were cracked and the wall paper was peeling from underneath the sink. Overall the quality of the room they gave me was poor for the first two nights. The shower had this very loud mechanical sound and on the second night I woke up to very loud drilling sound from the adjourning room...loud sounds trigger my migraines so I started having intense headaches. Immediately I entered the room on the first night I requested a transfer they said they had no rooms available; the manager was nice and professional but there was another black girl there that appeared mean and was unbothered. She was the one that gave me that frightful room as if she thought that was what I deserved. If that was the only room I saw in that hotel I would never have though of going back. On the last night I was supposed to stay there after complaining several times the manager put me in a nicer bigger room. It changed my whole perspective of the place. I also have very high regards for the manager who was kind and accommodative. They gave me a $75 room credit. Overall the first two night were dreadful and I felt like I had to endure but the last night was okay."

"My Absolute Home in DC—Incredible Staff and Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Morrow Hotel! This has officially become my absolute home whenever I visit DC. From the moment you walk in, the management and entire staff are incredibly professional, polite, and deeply caring. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A massive, special shoutout to Niecy at the front desk! She handled both our check-in and check-out, and she was absolutely awesome. She went out of her way to extend our check-out time for us, which made a huge difference in our trip and took away all our travel stress. If you want a hotel that combines luxury with a staff that treats you like family, look no further than The Morrow. I can't wait to come back! "
