The member of staff at the reception was very nice and kind. He gave me all the necessary explanation that I needed. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the train station - on foot. The historical center is also very close and the funicular that gives you an outstanding view of Trento and other places around

Breakfast was great more than enough options to enjoy, and it was goood. Too bad I didn't have refrigerator in my room, but overall it was excellent. I would like to come back someday again.

Um hotel é bom e dois é demais

O pessoal que atende no prédio do hotel é muito atencioso! O café da manhã é ótimo! No entanto, os horários do check in e check out são insatisfatórios. O check in só pode ser feito num local diferente, em outro hotel. O atendimento para o check in foi horrível. A atendente foi muito impaciente e ríspida.

L'unica pecca è l'esterno che necessita di una ristrutturazione.. Non è nuovo ma molto pulito, la stanza ed il bagno profumatissimi e perfettamente puliti. Letto molto comodo. Due cuscini. Frigo. Wifi.. Tutto perfetto.. prezzo super..

Das Zimmer ist klein aber für eine Nacht OK. Im Bad fehlen Fliesenstücke am Boden und des duschkopfes, der Ventilator ist extrem laut und der Fön wird so heiß, dass er fast schmilzt. Beim Frühstück gab es noch 2 Scheiben Käse für 2 Personen und ansonsten fast nur süßes, schwierig wenn man Probleme mit Zucker hat. Die Damen im Hotel Everest sind top und sprechen auch gut deutsch, danke

Ambiente semplice, ma pulito. Ottima pizza( soprattutto il calzone ), grande cortesia. Un sorriso e una battuta dopo 12 ore di viaggio sono stati il benvenuto migliore: un saluto alla simpatica ragazza con gli occhiali e i capelli corti che ha fatto il check-in.

La struttura un po’ trascurata , la camera piccola ma accogliente e pulita . Il bagno piccolo e datato ma pulito . La sala colazione un po’ triste e con una scelta essenziale. Sono intollerante al lattosio e il responsabile mi ha preparato un ottimo cappuccino di soia. Ho potuto mangiare un paio di piccoli panini con marmellata. Il personale gentile.
