Our biggest problem was not getting any hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink tap even after letting the water run for 20 minutes with the knob turned to the max on the right hand side (tried other settings too). And the bnb message about the access code did not arrive “within 48h of check-in” as given in the Expedia description, but just 5 hours before check-in, after multiple phone calls and emails to them."
