"When we got to the room there was a bed, table (no chair), and TV stand. Large open spaces that just made the room feel cheap and not welcoming. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The lock didn’t line up. The door frame didn’t line up. The AC unit had large holes around it and there was plaster dust on the floor. You could feel he cold air coming in. The bedding had a very strong smell of bleach. Breakfast was $12 a person. The French toast was burnt, the eggs were super liquidy, they had run out of plastic knives. The worst part…there was MOLD in the shredded cheese. Not on the cheese but in the corners of the pan it was in so it had been there for a while! Staff working breakfast area was nice but I have no clue how many breakfasts we were charge for. I never signed anything to charge to the room either. There were no towels in the pool area. We had to go take them from the gym. We won’t be back. $350 was absolutely outrageous for this property. I had two small kids with me so we just had to make do for the night. "

"We came in for a volleyball tournament and we love the fact that we walk from the hotel to the facility. The hotel is great and has coffee! Amazing! "

"The place is a dump. It smelled so bad of extra air freshener like they are trying to cover up the bad smell. The worker had 3 cans of air freshener sitting on the counter. There was NO lobby…not even a chair, table, nothing. The towels had hair on them still like they weren’t cleaned properly. The rooms didn’t even have a chair in them. Nothing to sit on except the bed. The tv didn’t work and everything is just old and outdated. Also, the last day we were there we found a cockroach on the floor walking around. We were on the 3rd floor. The only thing I can say is that the one younger guy working was nice and friendly. Another girl we talked to at the front desk was rude and questioned us when we asked for clean towels. The only upside is that you could walk to the expo center and they didn’t charge for parking at the hotel. The place looks like they try to keep it clean and updated but it’s just not. However it was significantly less $ per night than the other price gouging so you get what you pay for? I didn’t ever feel unsafe though. And the noise from the airplanes flying overhead you get used to. "
